Selected parts for print.
From tender and bill of quantities through the schedule, site reports, progress payments, and subcontracts, with every project cost in the company books.
Reports: project cost against budget, weighted and reported progress, progress bills and collection, and guarantees nearing expiry.
Works with purchasing and inventory, and posts into the company ledger and payroll.
Projects
A construction project from contract to handover: customer, currency, contract value, budget, work packages, and the schedule. Each level of the work breakdown links to a cost center in the ledger, so purchasing and accounting posting inherit the nearest one, and project cost and revenue show in the company books.
Project Categories
Classifies projects by name and notes so portfolio reports can be grouped. The cost of each class is read from the books through the cost centers of its projects.
Cm Materials Categories
A tree of material classes with levels and a parent account number. Used on the material card and in purchasing, so cost lands on the right account in the company ledger.
Material cards
The material card holds its class, unit of measure, batches, and movements. It is used on the cost entry and in inventory, so consumption shows on the project and in the books.
Project cost
Project cost against budget for the site and for finance. It collects on the project cost center in the ledger and shows in the company books with revenue.
Cost entry
An entry that ties a material or resource to the project. The amount joins project cost and posts through the cost center into the books.
Resource Logs
Logs site resources, labour and equipment, against the project and contract, with submit and approval. Their cost is counted in the project cost tied to the cost center in the books.
