Selected parts for print.
Work orders, preventive maintenance, assets, and sites, with technician follow-up and the cost of every building and asset.
Reports: open and overdue jobs, maintenance cost per building, response-time compliance, and fault history per asset.
Works with inventory and purchasing, and the cost of every site and asset shows on the company ledger.
Work orders
Open a work order, assign the technician, and follow it through closure. On the order: tasks, child orders, labour hours and their cost, planned materials and parts issued from inventory, tools, and the service level. Parts are deducted from stock on the order that used them, and labour and material cost is charged to the asset and the site and shows in the books.
Preventive maintenance
Preventive maintenance scheduled by date or meter reading, with a route, a job plan, and an inspection, before the asset fails. When it falls due, a work order opens and its cost is charged to the asset and to the books.
Service level agreement
Response and completion times for each kind of work. The work order is tracked against that level: on time, at risk, overdue, or breached, until it is closed.
Locations
Sites, buildings, and spaces where the work is done, and where the asset and the work order are linked. Maintenance cost is collected per location and shows in the books.
Classifications
Specifications and classes for facility items and equipment, used when setting up the asset card and maintenance plans.
Items groups
Groups for the maintenance catalog so materials and spare parts can be picked on the work order and the job plan.
Assets groups
Groups of equipment so maintenance and reports can be planned by equipment family, and their cost collected in the books.
Groups
Operating groups used across facility screens to gather work, technicians, and reports.
Assets
The equipment card: its type, group, location, and the history of work orders and maintenance on it. Labour and parts cost is charged to this card and shows in the company books.
Assets types
Equipment types in the register, so the card, maintenance plans, and reports stay consistent for each type.
Skills
Technician skills required on a job plan, so the work order is assigned to someone who has the right skill.
Job Plans
A standard job plan with steps, skills, materials, and tools. It is reused on the work order and on preventive maintenance instead of being rewritten each time.
Tools
Tools held by maintenance crews, linked to the job plan and to the work order that used them.
Tool categories
Categories for maintenance tools so they are easy to pick on the job plan and the work order.
Routes
A maintenance route across set locations and equipment, used by preventive maintenance to raise the work along that route.
