Is this the same as K-Net on the restaurant till?
The till takes local cards on a POS sale. This page is the storefront online driver. Both are CORTEX — they are not one interchangeable switch.
Payments
The CORTEX storefront payment driver for Kuwait. A shopper pays on the company store; the payment belongs to that Ecommerce checkout.
K-Net is the online method the storefront already calls. CORTEX hosts the provider record and the checkout return for that tenant.
The shopper pays on /store/{company}. The driver is K-Net. Live acquirer URLs are configured per provider — we do not invent a second gateway here.
An active K-Net provider is stored for the company. Checkout creates the online payment, then returns through the storefront payment pages.
A test environment can use the CORTEX-hosted simulate page. Live checkout needs the acquirer URL the provider already stores.
The cart checkout can collect K-Net for that Ecommerce.
The storefront has a return page and a webhook route for the provider code. That is the posted path — not a promise of every card scheme on earth.
The store that lists the same items restaurant POS and inventory already sell.
A paid web order becomes a sales document and journal lines like other CORTEX sales.
The company needs a K-Net online payment provider with the credentials and URLs that environment requires.
Checkout only exists on a Ecommerce that is already on. We do not claim a generic “enable payments” switch for products we do not sell.
The shopper does not leave CORTEX for a second cart product.
Stock and the journal stay on the document you already posted.
