Who we are

This Privacy Policy is published by GO-Cortex (“we”, “us”). It explains how we handle information when you use the Cortex / GO-Cortex mobile application. For privacy questions, use the contact details at the end of this page.

Scope

This policy covers the Cortex / GO-Cortex mobile app used to sign in to a company ERP account on the GO-Cortex platform. It does not replace any separate terms your employer or company administrator may set for workplace use of the account.

Data we collect

We collect only what is needed to sign you in and keep you signed in: the account credentials you enter (such as username or email and password), and session or authentication tokens stored on the device so the app can maintain your login. This build does not include advertising SDKs, Firebase Analytics, Firebase Crashlytics, AdMob, or other third-party tracking or advertising SDKs, and we do not collect advertising identifiers for ads.

How we use data

We use credentials and session data to authenticate you, maintain your session, and deliver the ERP features your company account is entitled to use. We do not use this data for advertising.

Sharing

We do not sell personal data. We may process data through infrastructure needed to operate the service (such as hosting). We may disclose information if required by applicable law or a valid legal process.

Retention

Account credentials remain associated with your company account while that account is active under your organization’s administration. Session tokens are kept while you stay signed in and are cleared when you log out or when the session expires.

Qayd workspace

We store the trial balances, account mapping and notes for each company you add, to carry them to the next year. They're encrypted and only your account's users can see them. We don't store the Qayd files themselves. You can delete any company and all its data at any time from the workspace. To request deletion: [email protected].

Security

We apply reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect credentials and session data. You must keep your password confidential and protect access to your device.

Children

The Cortex / GO-Cortex app is not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.

Your choices

You can sign out of the app at any time to end the local session. For account changes, deletion, or access requests tied to your company ERP data, contact your company administrator or use the contact details below.

Changes to this policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. The “Last updated” date at the top of this page will change when we do. Continued use of the app after an update means you should review the revised policy.
